The worst packaging ever done.. it's been a while that I'm continuously being informed of boxes being short. I haven't paid 3k just to get a bottle without bubble wrap or box presentation. A lot many times feedback was passed to you or your team in a humble manner but seems like no one is bothered to take the feedback seriously.. no other way as well to compensate for the presentation.. the staff is literally the most weak part here... I'm very sad to see such a tremendous house becoming just another brand... This was my last order ever with you guys thank you for the beautiful fragrances in the past but I'm sorry to say with my heavy heart .. I don't expect anything which is average after paying premium prices which you yourselves has highlighted a lot many times in your video.. like you guys said for premium quality you'd be charging premium prices, accepted and agreed to pay but I cannot accept anything less than premium or substandard
Very challenging scent profile. Very few people will like it. Longevity is good but not pleasing.
